Pointgate Properties Sdn Bhd was officially founded as a company in 2013, but our development had been going on for way longer – built from the ground from our original Founder, Haji Mokhtar bin Marahakim. After Haji Mokhtar bin Marahakim’s passing, his business legacy was passed onto his two sons who are now the current directors of Pointgate Properties Sdn Bhd, Wan Morhakim bin Mokhtar and Wan Morhikman bin Mokhtar. We aim to build properties made for rental seekers, more ideally families.
